Summary: Newly renovated, clean, well-maintained. Could use a few more inside chairs. Close to shops, restuarant on Atlantic Ave. Once I was able to contact the host directly, he was more than helpful in resolving problems with VRBO. Highly recommend.

Summary: Very nice place! Overall, the apartment was up to date, clean and the property manager was super communicative. I can only assume they re-did the place fairly recently because it was missing some key items for a longer term stay -- cooking materials, paper towels, trash bags. They also had an issue with the laundry units while we were there and so we could not do laundry during our stay. Overall, a positive experience.
