Summary: The property was perfect for our weekend escape to Utah. Plenty of room for everyone! The hot tub and pickle ball courts saw plenty of use.

Summary: We were delighted with the house! Lots of space for us and our our three daughters and their families. The pickle ball courts were a big hit. We loved the outdoor lighting so that we could play at night when it was cooler outside. We were glad to meet Garry, the caretaker, who solved the few problems that cropped up. We would be glad to stay again in the future.

Summary: We rented this home for both my and my husband’s extended family as they all came in for our son’s wedding. We hosted a rehearsal dinner and a gift opening breakfast here for family and wedding party. This house was amazing! Family got to hang out and relax, getting to know one another better, everyone loved the pickle ball courts and swim spa! Angie’s communication was above and beyond and she worked with us to make our events special. The extra large patio behind the pickle ball court worked wonderfully for the dinner and our decorations and the yard was great for yard games. The younger kids loved seeing the bunnies and birds. The orchard out front worked perfectly for the kid’s wedding rehearsal… it was just overall an amazing experience! We would definitely book again if we had a need to house our families and for smaller events. We highly recommend this orchard villa! Thank you for all your help Angie and crew!

Summary: This property was great! It is MASSIVE and has everything you would need to host a large group. We have multiple families in the home, and still had room for more! The backyard and pickle ball courts were great amenities for the kids and adults to play all together. The hot tub was a highlight, being that it could fit two entire families with how big it was! Angie the host was very responsive and was always checking in to make sure we are all good! Highly recommend and will stay again in the future!

Summary: Things we liked: 1. the main kitchen was spacious and we enjoyed the large table 2. the seating areas 3. cleanliness Things we did not like: 1. heater not working; it was 62 degrees in the home for many hours before it started working after 11 p.m. 2. we were pretty uncomfortable with how many bedrooms did not have blinds--not only for privacy but for sleeping 3. we did like the location of the bathrooms in relationship to the bedrooms. . .even though there were enough bathrooms--we ended up sharing a bathroom because of the location which was why we paid more for this property so each couple could have their own bathroom. 4. Property Manager did not respond to our messages today about checking out
