Summary: I travel for a living and stay in SEVERAL rentals. We try and rent houses vs. Hotels. So - I am familiar with nightly rental properties. This was BY far the best stay of my life and I honestly hope to stay IN THIS EXACT unit every single year. It's super nice, comfortable, the host was so welcoming and helpful, the communication out of country was seemless, the pool, hot tub, view was spectacular. I can't say enough good about this. Oh - and either Ubering OR walking to town was very easy. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Summary: The property was perfect for us. Far away from the Marina to avoid the crowds when we wanted but close enough to walk to town (15 minutes). The beds were comfortable and we loved being right across from the pool. Will stay here again.

Summary: Great location easy walk to the marina or downtown. Cheap for Uber rides back you won't want to walk. Great Views and the hot tub and pool are right outside your door. Kitchen could have used some more of the basics if you really wanted to cook. we wished there was more patio furniture in the listing it looks like more furniture than what is out there. Overall the trip would have been five stars if it we didn't have to deal with a loud neighbor 3 nights who refused to respect anyone in the complex. Security tried to shut him down, the manager tried to shut him down and we almost got physical. They say he will be fined through the HOA but, it sure didn't seem to stop them until after 1AM during three days of our stay. Other than that top notch property and good service.

Summary: Location, location, location! The view was breathtaking. We felt very safe; group of 4 ladies. Security is very strict with who they allow access to the building. Every morning we walked right out ti the pool! Only wish was this property had a fire place. There were some hiccups along the way with communication and expectation but Carlos did is absolute best resolve the matters. Isabella is the BEST- she was so kind and took us wherever we needed! Oscar’s breakfast hands down was one of the best meals we had during our stay. His pancakes are to die for… still trying to figure out how he made them so fluffy. We travel often and Cabo was for sure one of our best trips! Thank you!

Summary: I have stayed at cascadas pedregal for many years! Property was great and as advertised! Two condos next to us were nightmares! All night every night! Almost had to take matters into my own hands but luckily security got under control!
