Positive: Beautiful property in a great located. Security and safety of gated community appreciated. The home was exceptional. Very large space and well designed. Beautiful decor. It had all the amenities we were looking for. It accommodated our party of 7. We were all very comfortable. Close walking distance to shop and resturaunts. Comfortable beds and furniture throughout the home. Also the patio space by the pool and furniture was perfect to enjoy the outside. The air conditioning was perfect for the hot and humid days of our stay. The house manager Juan Pablo was friendly and showed us around. And checked in if we needed anything. This place is a dream and I would definitely come back again in near future.

Positive: The house was perfect for three couples. Each of us had our own room, bath and shower. The main part of the house was perfect for gathering, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub area was very comfortable and sunny all day! The cabana at the pool was a great for gathering.

Negative: Not a dislike, but a lot of steps to get into the house, also steep walking grade to carport and entrance.

Summary: Our stay was excellent! Juan was very helpful on site, and the owner, Trey, was very welcoming and helpful pre-arrival.

Positive: The property was absolutely gorgeous, even better than the pictures. The layout really accommodated a group and allowed for everyone to spread out. The area felt very safe and was well maintained. The property manager was easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed upon the initial arrival.

Summary: I would recommend Casa Flamingo to anyone visiting Cabo. Myself and everyone within our party would chose this location
