Our new budget-friendly yet beautiful and spacious townhouse with surround sound system, three full bathrooms, two lounge areas, work station, and random city sounds. Please be aware - we are located close to train tracks, and the random noise is there. We provide comfy earplugs, and many people do not care for the noise. Nevertheless - if you are sensitive to such - please do not book our place. We offer our beautiful home at a lower price based solely on the closeness to the tracks.

Summary: This was a great property. It had everything we needed for our extended stay. It was clean and comfortable. The host was super helpful with any questions we had. We had a great stay visiting family.

Summary: Lovely townhouse, clean, spacious, and graciously stocked with amenities! The linen, pillows and beds were very comfortable and soft. Quiet neighborhood (with exception of trains and airplanes close by), and conveniently located. However, I believe the listing I saw for this house was misleading stating it was a 3bed 3bath house. My party consisted of a married couple and two adult women requiring a 3 bedroom rental. Upon arrival I discovered only 2 bedrooms and an open area with a sleeper sofa. Contacted the owner and it quickly escalated into an unfortunate and unnecessary series of events. We stayed because we had an event scheduled that we could not get out of nor find another rental quickly. We were able to get over the inconvenience of the lack of a third bedroom and made due with the sofa sleeper because the house is quite homey. Upon check out we left the house in immaculate condition even disposing of our garbage. I even left the owner a message thanking her for a lovely house. Later that night I got a message from the owner telling me her cleaning staff said the house smelled like perfume and cologne and asked if we smoked in her house!? No one smoked in her house, 3 adult women used perfume because we attended formal events everyday during our stay. She couldn’t find anything wrong with the way we left her house so she manufactured a faux concern about heavy perfume smell. Due to the owner’s lack of respect and integrity I will not rent from her again. Beware!

Summary: Super clean, spacious and has everything you need. The condo is next to the train tracks and the train runs during the night. Downstairs bedroom is a bit quieter than upstairs rooms.

Summary: Great property. But i rented it because it was supposed to be .3 miles from Davis Conference Center. Its about 2.5 miles and not walkable. This is the only negative comment i have.

Summary: we stayed 6 weeks in Polina's property. She was extremely helpful and really welcoming and nice. great landlord. it's a great property - very spacious and nicely prepared so we greatly recommend it to other potential visitors. as it is in two layers, distancing for e.g. someone working is possible and helpful. noises from dogs/trains/aircrafts are there - for us totally fine but don't be too picky about that :) you can reach some restaurants and Walmart by foot; also some nice leisure points are easily accessible by car. overall very recommended place to stay!

Summary: This is a super cute condo perfectly situated between Layton and Kaysville which was exactly what we needed. The condo has a lot of room, great tv and sound set up and is in a nice neighborhood close to major thoroughfares. Oksana was great and made sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay there again and would be especially convenient for a longer stay as it has all the amenities you might need for laundry and cooking.
