We strictly prohibit use of the property for Bucks and Hens holidays, schoolies, or similar functions and enforce very strict noise controls in keeping with the residential nature of the area. This is strictly NOT a party house and breach of this agreement will mean removal from the property and forfeit of booking costs and security deposit.
If we believe the booking to be schoolies, we have the right to cancel the booking without refund prior to arrival and prevent access to the property.
We appreciate most people will respect our property but on the rare occasion of violations it requires that we obtain the following information:

Summary: We all loved staying in this villa, which has quiet unrivalled views over the water from a back deck that’s hard to beat. We loved the little track down to the water too. The home is very considered and you have everything you need for a luxury stay. The neighbours are very close and can see into the deck but it wasn’t an issue throughout the weekend. Would return.
