Positive: I was surprised that the owner was so kind. The house was so nice to be close to downtown, and the view from home was so great. The bed was clean and the breakfast was so wonderful. Most of all, I was so touched by the warm care and service of the owner. It's the best house I've ever stayed in Australia. I'll be back again. Thanks Keith and Joy.

Positive: Everything, but Keith and Joy's welcoming and generous nature is behind it all. A beautiful breakfast overlooking the canal was superb.

Negative: There is not really an indoor eating area, but this is such a minor quibble given the luxury throughout the rest of the property.
