Positive: The highlands are a wonderful place of old Kentucky Charm. Close to the airport. The appliances in the kitchen worked and there was plenty of dishes and cookware. Directions left in the basket in the kitchen were helpful. The dinning room was a nice setting.

Negative: We had no outdoor lighting in the back, a safety issue for our guests. The entry gate through the alley was horrible, we struggled with the gate each time we came in and out because it was broken. The remote garage door opener did not work. Limited parking for 2 cars. The jetted tub is not usable because there was no way to change from shower head to bath tub, the switch was stuck up in shower position. You had to step into the tub to get to the shower. Sewer gas door in the back yard was unpleasant. For the price we did not expect these issues. It’s not a place I would rent again

Summary: Charming old Ky Home in good location. Clean. Multiple issues that should be repaired. Overpriced
