Summary: House was not at all like pictured. All of the door handles were broken and half of the doors barely closed. When we first got there and were walking up the stairs the handrail fell on top of my cousins ankle.

Summary: This property met our wants for a canal house with a private pool. The general cleanliness--the bathrooms, kitchen, linens were all good. The outside of the house needs some maintenance. This property is new to Ryson and I am sure that they will maintain it. We have rented with Ryson before and have always been satisfied with them. This house had a key box, so check in and check out was easy.

Summary: The location of Luna Mar was beautiful, can’t beat the view. The property while decorated very nice, is in bad need of updating. The deck was literally falling apart the patio furniture also. No decent frying pans or knives. Flooring in kitchen and living room needs replacing!! Very nice pool, however the last full day we were there, I was cussed out by the pool guy, he told me to go F myself when I asked him if he could come back the next day so the kids could swim before 8:00pm. Very very rude way to speak to a grandmother!!!! I would stay here again but I would definitely bring my own pans and knives!!!

Summary: The house fit our family needs perfectly. Very roomy and never felt like we were on top of each other. The view is great and sunsets are breathtaking. The pool was a big hit with everyone. Amazing time with faming making memories.

Summary: Loved this place. 100% as advertised. Fishing was amazing and the kids had plenty of room to play. Nice quiet neighborhood with very nice people. Had one little issue with a breaker and they had someone out there in 20 minutes on a holiday weekend. Will continue to stay here

Summary: We have rented this home a couple of times now. We always have a great time there fishing. The home does need some work done to it to fix it up. The washer and dryer did not work this time around. Other than that it is a great place to stay with your family and friends. Plenty of room for the whole family to fish and is in a great location for fishing. We will be staying there again.

Summary: Dead roaches and dirty floors on check-in Roaches Checked in on Friday with a dirty pool, would not get someone out until Monday which is the cleaning day. Doors by the kitchen on the ground floor did not open and bad smell, had to use allot of Lysol. Stairs are a little concerning, big restroom had urine smell had to use allot of Lysol. Would not go back
