Positive: Such a cute studio apartment. Located in a very nice and central area lots of eateries, convinience stores and even an olive young! Bus stop right outside the building and it is connected underground to Seoul station. The owner is very nice and responsive the view is amazing! If I had more time in Seoul I would have stayed longer.

Positive: Adequate space for 2 pax + 3 luggages (1 L, 1 M, 1 S). Very clean, neat & comfortable. Host was very responsive, & updated us promptly that we could check in slightly earlier due to availability. Directions & check in instructions were clear with pictures. Apt is located in Twin City Namsan building (next to Four Points by Sheraton), just under 10 mins’ walk from Seoul Station, Exit 1. Nearest exit is Exit 12 at Line 4, with elevator access, but the building is actually accessible via an underground passageway / connector after tapping out of Line 4 train station. Cafes, restaurants & convenience store are located downstairs / nearby.

Negative: While this isn’t really a huge issue for us, the toaster oven tends to make a small “ding” sound on its own when not in use. We heard it a few times during our 1-night stay. But the oven worked fine when we did use it.

Positive: One of the best places we have ever stayed! The apartment is very cozy: a large bed, a spacious bathroom, a kitchen equipped with everything you need. But the most important thing is the view from the windows on the 22nd floor. The building itself consists of 29 floors with three elevators, the wait for which during rush hour can be a little longer. On the top floor is a co-working zone with a gym. Nearby there are cvs, cafes, and even Olive Young. Five minutes away are subway station and Seoul Station, next to which there you can find different shops and food. The bus stop is two minutes away, from where you can go to any part of the city. The most pleasant thing about this accommodation is communication with Sunny. She helped us with our luggage, for which we are very grateful to her! She answered us very quickly, thank you. If I could give these apartments more than 10, I would. They deserve it. Above all praise, I will definitely come back here again.

Positive: Excellent location, convenient for arriving/departing by regional train or airport. The station is so close, perfect for a quick 1 day trip. The apartment was comfortable and facilities were great. Pity I didn’t have a long time to fully enjoy the place.

Negative: No face to face contact with the host however the check in instructions provided prior were very detailed, with photos etc. There is no luggage storage available on site if arriving early - the host advised to store my luggage for free at Lotte Mart at Seoul Station. This was partially accurate, because the first 3 hours are free but following that it’s 2,000won for a 6 hr period. For future travellers’ reference.
