Positive: Min Stay is in a great location, a short walk to Seoul Station. We were in Seoul on holiday for 4 days so being by the station was very convenient. The host very kindly let us check in early as our plane landed in the morning so we were pretty tired having travelled from Ireland. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was very effective.
Negative: The kitchen table is in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is quite small so it wouldn't fit in it. It didn't really matter to us as we ate out most of the time. There were plenty of places nearby and they were pretty good value.
Summary: Enjoyed our stay in Seoul.

Negative: The apartment was in the basement with only one window to the outside. So there was a constant bad sewer smell which bursted and spewed all over our front door. We were moved to another apartment for two days. We could not stay there, longer since it was already booked. We got moneybackfir the three remaining days. The father of the apartment owner was very graceful, but the cleaning guy was rude and impatient and was cursing.. He thought we could not understand, but my granddaughter, who took the time to learn Korean in preparation for the trip, could understand. That was not nice. We understood their plight and were willing to move. This took a whole day out of our itinerary. The owner and his father were very considerate. But the cleaner was rude and gave us a bad impression when we were checking out.

Positive: Excellent location, close to Seoul Station. Good communication from the management. Inexpensive Plenty of bath towels (Korean sized)
Negative: It's a challenge to wet shave. One bathroom outside the locked room, other bathroom ensuite, so not great for male and two females and three bedrooms.

Positive: Well thought out. Had most things you’d need including washer dryer, bug zapper, wifi.
Negative: If you wanted to close the door between the two rooms air con became and issue for kitchenette room.
