Positive: We enjoyed our stay immensely. Our triple room was upgraded for a separate cottage with lots of space. All facilities were in order and very clean. The territory looks like a garden, full of flowers and beautiful trees, surrounded by the mountains. Very picturesque. Friendly staff, good food and wine, huge meals, spacious swimming pool with heated water (not so common in Armenia). We were sorry to leave. Special thanks to young lady the manager, she took very good care of us and resolved all issues very quickly and efficiently. We wish peace and prosperity to your hotel and all people of Armenia!
