Positive: Very nice garden, modern room, calm, well equiped kitchen. The host's daughter was very friendly and helpful. The host himself gave me a ride to Novarank (for reasonable taxi-price).

Negative: Compared to other guesthouses, the breakfast was quite simple. I'd loved to have diner there, but I hasn't been proposed to me and I didnt know its would be possible :(

Positive: The room was impeccably clean, the bed is comfortable, and the food was delicious. The main gem of the apartment are the hosts - they speak excellent English and they are more than willing to offer help and advice. For those who wonder, the room is in a private house with a garden. Really enjoyed my stay!

Positive: This is a wonderful guesthouse in the heart of the Vayots Dzor region. I stayed here with two children (11 years old and 1.5 years old), and we loved every minute of our stay. The hosts kindly offered us a room with a larger bed so I could comfortably sleep with the baby, free of charge. The room was warm and spacious enough for all of us. There is a nice, clean, and well-equipped shared kitchen with coffee and tea available. The town center is just a 2-minute drive away, and a food court can be reached in about 5 minutes. The location is perfect for exploring the region - you can easily visit Areni, Jermuk, Tatev, and Martuni from here. And of course, the hosts truly made the stay special - they are kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They were especially supportive with the kids, which I really appreciated. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely love to come back again.

Positive: Countless things I like. Room is clean and bright. Location is quiet with kind locals nearby. Just walk and reach Monasteries by hiking (if you like hiking). Delicious dinner prepared by host family with their home grown veggie, grape wine….Most importantly, the family are very kind, sweet and helpful who concern about you. They help me with transport to visit some places, talk to shared driver in ?Russian ?/ Armenian (I can’t tell because I don’t understand both languages). Definitely I love to stay much longer. Grand parents are nice, parents are kind, two pretty daughters are so sweet. What else do I need more 🥰❤️
