Positive: This place is a gem. Experience local armenian hospitality at it's finest. This lovely family gave us the best Armenian food, delicious self made wine and fruit juice. The nature is stunning, rooms are cozy and big and we slept fantastic. Highly recommended! Thank you mr. Good!!

Positive: The property has a great location with amazing mountain views. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. It’s quite unique place to stay. I would say one of the best accommodation experiences I’ve ever had.

Positive: Peaceful place very close to main highway. About 1km is unpaved, but good quality and no problem also in rain. Large bbeautiful garden with a family of black cats. Large room with carpets and large comfy bed (really nice). Good shower with enough pressure. Good breakfast, good house wine. Helpful and accommodating hosts.

Negative: On very cold and very cloudy days, the hot water might not be so hot. But this is rare, just a bit of sun during the day is enough to make it right.
