Positive: Great view, host, and location in general. Stunning views over the Islands (you can spot both Pico and Faial). Close to major hubs (Airport, Harbour, grocery stores, beach). Host ensures you have everything you need. Very clean apartment. Also very great we could leave our laundry.

Negative: The lighting in the apartment could be improved to make the apartment a bit more cosy. The lighting in the apartment itself was very harsh white, that took away a little bit of the amazing ambiance of the surroundings.

Positive: We stayed there for only two nights as a family. The flat was really cozy and had a great design, so we felt very comfortable. The view out of the flat was stunning. We had a great view over the ocean and at the Pico. In front of the flat was a nice terrace with a big table, where it was great to sit. We arrived earlier then check in and stayed longer then check out, but it was no problem to leave our baggage there. The owner Lucy was really friendly and thoughtful. We even got fresh grapes from her one evening.

Positive: Lucy is such a friendly host and very generous! When we got to Lucy's Rosegarden at 11:30 PM she was waiting for us with lots of goodies and as if that wasn't enough she went to a bakery near by at the time of the night and got us fresh bread. A lot of attention to detail and a beautiful place. We loved it! Thanks Lucy!!

Positive: Well equipped apartment with very good facilities and a fantastic view of the Pico. The hostess is very attentive and helpful! Communication and everything else was very easy! We even got help, finding a rental car. Highly recommend!

Negative: NO complaints at all!!

Positive: A comfortable and well-appointed place that was well-heated and relaxing to stay in. Lucy personally stopped by to bring us a cake and made sure we had all we needed. On sunny days, there is a great view of Pico, and we loved watching sunset over the volcano. It's a beautiful place on a beautiful island.

Summary: A wonderful and relaxing stay, we hope we can be back soon!
