Large central room with dining room table, seats 10 people comfortably. Hardwood floors. Upright grand piano. Fireplace in living room. Perfect for entertaining. 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom suite upstairs opens onto a balcony, has wide-screen TV, and small office with a view. Master bedroom has a queen bed. One downstairs bedroom has beautiful garden view with queen bed. Other downstairs bedroom has a double bed. Off-street parking for 4 vehicles. Pool (unheated), very large private backyard. Beautifully landscaped. Two Weber bar-b-ques (gas and charcoal), electric smoker. Patio heater (propane) and portable firepit (wood.)

Summary: Our hosts were wonderful and our experience was flawless.This charming home is nestled in an ideal part of Venice. It is close to many restaurants, freeway access, the beach and is in a highly walkable neighborhood (that felt safe) with a diverse collection of homes. Our events were in Playa Vista and Marina del Rey which are a hop, skip and jump from the house (by car).Everything that we needed was available in the home. The energy of the space is inviting, warm and peaceful. The house felt like a hug.I would definitely stay again when visiting west LA. I am a native, now living in another part of the state so I know the zone and this is truly a gem. We couldn’t be more pleased with our choice.

Summary: The house is obviously loved by the people who own it. Their personality is written all over the many things in the house. They couldn’t have been nicer and when I needed something, they were right on it.And the setting’s great.Very nice place to stay!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The house feels warm and lived in - like a home away from home. There’s an extensive CD collection with music from every era. While the pool is unheated, it was a great temperature for us to swim on the warm days during our stay. If you want to watch tv, there is only one upstairs in the primary suite. But there are plenty of games to enjoy downstairs. The kitchen and pantry are well-stocked. Would definitely recommend Judy and Bill’s home.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Bill and Judy’s for our family vacation! We were there for the Taylor Swift concert and they were more than accommodating for our early arrival! The pool was definitely a plus and the house was amazing! Thank you for a great stay!

Summary: This stay was supposed to be just a place for us to sleep while we visited family and the local attractions. With each passing day, we only wanted to spend more time at the house rather than leave for something inevitably less fulfilling. Bill's generosity of time, music and literature reminded us all of what life is really about. It will be difficult to visit hotels or generic homes in the future or at least it will be easier to justify spending all of your time away. Life changing stay.
