This house is private with no homes across or behind. No one looking at you. Private relaxation!! Watch west facing sunsets while having private get together. Beautiful and comfortable. Nice furnishings and a 75inch flat screen with surround, flat screens in living, family, patio & bedrooms. Refreshing pool that heats in the winter and cools in the summer. Large spa!

Summary: We could have not picked a more perfect home for our family trip to Phoenix. The home is clean, well stocked with everything you could imagine, super comfy beds, beautiful pool, hot tub….I could go on and on. Only complaint we have is we wished we didn’t have to leave!

Summary: Shannon was a wonderful host. Texted me on arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. She went above by filling my request to have a Christmas tree up. Our family got to decorate it together; wonderful memories made. We will definitely stay here again.
