- Check in is at 4pm. There seems to be a glitch on Airbnb where you may be able to select a check in time. Please assume and expect the check in time to be always at 4pm.
- This house may have a BBQ grill, and the cleaners brush the grate/coils of the grill. However, it is not deep cleaned for every arriving guest. If you plan to use the grill, please use the provided brush. If it's missing, kindly purchase one from the store, and we will reimburse you. Alternatively, please message us, and we will deliver one.

- Late check-out fee: $100 for every additional hour beyond the check-out time.

We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.

Summary: We booked last minute for a funeral. All of us were in from Indiana and the process was super easy peasy. For the two days, the place was perfectly appointed. Plenty of space for 13 adults to space out and enjoy. The sprinklers do come on at 9:52pm each night, so make sure you are not outside at that timr.time.outsidtime.sprinklelautomatically

Summary: The house itself was pretty good, some cleanliness issues but very minor. and they responded quickly to a maintenance issue we had during our stay. However, the next-door neighbor, dogs bark constantly and are outside all the time. Also, some minor repair work is needed in the house.

Summary: We stayed here for the weekend and it was great. We had family from 4 states meet there to go to the seahawks/cardinals game. the location was perfect. the house was plenty big enough for 12 people. huge living room and dining room for eating and paying games. back yard was big as well. the best review we can give is that we would love to stay there again next year when we go to our family annual game. Thanks for everything.

Summary: We came for a Bible retreat. Plenty of space. Decor was so cute. We didn’t use the pool or yard but if we planned to it would be nice to have it mowed as the grass was about a foot tall overgrown. There were a couple towels that were not clean (4 stars) but overall this was a very nice VRBO. If we return I would definitely stay here again! A nice touch was joy having to do anything at check out! Normally you have to start laundry, strip beds, take out trashes etc. it was very convenient :)
