Summary: Our stay was fantastic ! Minus a rude waiter but manager took great care of the situation. Beds are so comfortable. Room was spacious. The grounds are green lots of old big trees and grass! Food is good.

Summary: Overall we had a nice time at the Wigwam and loved our room and the restaurants at the resort and just outside of it. The resort grounds are beautiful. The only downside was that the adult pool was closed in the middle of August. This was one of the reasons we chose to stay here for my birthday. So that was a bummer to learn when we arrived. I thought its fine and I could enjoy the pool that was open with the water slides full of kids, but after only 10 mins in the pool I hear a kid say "do you guys know your swimming in my spit, i spit all over there" on top of the pool already being pretty dirty like it hadnt been skimmed in days, so that grossed me out. I know all public pools can be gross but that made just get out. So i didnt even get to enjoy the pool. The staff were very nice and the room service was quick when we requested it. Thank you to them!

Summary: We had a great stay at the Wigwam Golf Resort in Litchfield, Arizona last weekend. The front desk team was quick and helpful with any requests, and the room service meals were delicious. The pool area was busy but still managed to feel relaxing. The only downside was the room’s cleanliness, which was just okay. I understand the resort is older, but with the beautiful renovations they’ve done, it would be nice if the upkeep matched the upgrades.

Summary: Well-wasnt pleased. We went for my 40th birthday and was told at check in i had been upgraded to a suite. Went to use the pool until my room was ready-at 4:30, still hadnt been notified, went to check and they didnt have my room ready & they had no idea why. Then a regular room was available. So because i had to get ready for dinner plans, i went ahead and took that one. Didn’t get my room until 5:20 when check in is at 4. I was disappointed in that. Also-the adult pool was closed and wasn’t notified prior to check in. We stayed here for our wedding & loves it which is why we came back but highly disappointed this time. Don’t know if ill go back

Summary: First of all I love the Wig Wam. Been there many many times. This time was the worst. I was charged $350 for one night. Hotels.com said the nightly rate was $179. The pool was extremely cloudy and I ended up with a rash!

Summary: Amazing place to stay! We were even upgraded to a suite which was a plus but by second night the AC was not working properly. We spent 4 nights there and Weather was at 105-109 degrees out. We contacted front desk and quickly they had someone come check. They had to put in a work order but not until next day. For that evening/night they brought us two fans to help cool down suite but fans were so loud. Engineers came following morning but not until I called again to remind them. They changed out filters and helped a little bit but glad we had fans I guess. The last day that we were there we requested a microwave and they advised us it would be $25 for a single day. You figure for it being an almost 5 star resort they’d just bring one to room. Disappointed with that situations. Restaurants were really good and staff was very attentive. Overall stay was good with the exception of the little things mentioned above that would’ve made a difference in our opinion.
