Positive: Excellent location. At walking distance, it's close to everything in Madrid. Staff is superb. They answer your requests within minutes. Checkin is flawless. Neiborhood is safe and quiet, with no high traffic nor noise.

Negative: Couldn't find how to change the language in the youtube TV menu and settings. Current language is too far from my own that couldn't navegate properly. But this is a minor issue.
