Positive: The apartment was very clean. Looks like it was renovated not too long ago. The location was prime, close to everything! The metro station is just minutes away on foot. There are no windows facing the street, so it was very quiet at night. Communicating with the owners/mgr was easy, and they would respond within minutes through Booking.com. The king bed was comfortable. This apartment is spacious. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for anyone looking to be within walking distance to all the major attractions, including a high variety of restaurants/bars just outside the building door. We were happy with this accommodation. We stayed in apartment 1B.

Negative: The bathroom door was a bit inconvenient. The size of the bathroom is good, but the door opens up to the inside of the bathroom. It doesn't open up all the way to the wall. It stops right in the middle, making it inconvenient to move around the inside without having to close it. The bathroom has two sinks, but with the door issue, 2 people can't really be inside there comfortably. This is not a deal breaker, I would still stay here again!

Positive: Excellent location in the heart of Madrid. Very clean and comfortable. Coffee was left for us which was awesome. Great Hair dryer. Host let us check in very early which was much appreciated.

Negative: Music from the restaurant below us was loud most of the day until Midnight every night. Banging woke us up every morning sounded like someone was doing work on the building.
