Casa Sophia is a luxury 4 bedroom villa, fully air-conditioned with a private pool (heating available) Wi-Fi and an IPTV system offering UK television such as ITV and BBC channels. The villa is located in the desirable are of Albadeira only a 10 -15 minute walk to Lagos Marina and within easy reach of the golden sands of the Meia Praia beach and Palmares golf course, this villa offers something for all the family.
The villa has been furnished to a high standard with plenty of home touches and very well equipped, the villa is situated at the end of a cul de sac making this villa very private behind its electric gates and there are some lovely views from the 1st floor balconies out across the fields that separate the villa from the Meia Praia beach front line, this villa is perfect for a family looking to be close to all amenities yet in a peaceful location.
On the ground floor you enter the villa into the hall, to the left there are doors into the large open plan living area with dining room, there is an IPTV system offering clients home comforts such at UK television, BBC and ITV channels, there is also a DVD player and surround sound speakers, a music system and for the cooler months a log burning fireplace. From the dining area of the living room there is a granite breakfast bar that separates this room from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large American style fridge freezer, with ice machine, theres a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
From the lounge and dining room there are 3 large double patio doors leading out to the pool terraces these are equipped with outdoor dining furniture and sun-loungers, theres a built in BBQ for some alfresco dining. The pool area is lovely and private with both lawn and terrace areas.
On the ground floor there is one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading out to the pool.
In the entrance hall there is a house cloakroom with W/C and sink. From the hall you go downstairs to the lower level of the villa where there is a large games room area with sofas ping pong table for the kids, PS4 (bring your own games) 42 inch wall mounted TV.
Upstairs there are three other bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and two sharing a full bathroom. These bedrooms all lead out to a large balcony overlooking the pool with lovely views across the surrounding countryside towards the beach. The pool is 8 meters x 4 meters and has a shallow and deep end with walk in steps. (The pool can be heated for an additional £150 per week charge)
The villa is situated on the hill above Lagos Marina and just up from the golden sands of Meia Praia. The Marina which is around a 15 minute walk away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafe, shopping and markets. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is also about a 15-20 minute walk, with a variety of water sports activities available.
Palmares, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses are a 5 to 15 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.

Nearest beach: The Meia Praia is walkable in 15 minutes. Lifeguards are present throughout the summer season and there are some lovely restaurants all along the beautiful white sandy beach
