Positive: Great accommodations! Clean, spacious and great communication from the staff allowing us late check out!

Negative: The only thing I could possibly say is it was too warm in the apartment even with the heating off (not the worst thing in December). Great value for money!

Positive: Good location to bus stops into city centre from Whimslow Road (10 min walk away), which has a few shops/takeaways/pubs. Local shop just around the corner selling the essentials. Apartment very spacious with all you need for your stay, including full size toiletries in both bathrooms. Nice little touch of a packet of mini cookies on each bed, which my kids loved!

Negative: Could do with a little cosmetic touch up - coffee table in living room could do with repainting, no dining chairs to go with dining table so had to sit with plate on knee on settee. Lighting in en-suite bathroom not good.

Negative: Bathrooms could do with modernising as the shower in main bathroom was a little tricky to get right in terms of correct setting for hot water.

Summary: All in all, it was a very good stay for my family providing good space for a family of 6 and the location was excellent.
