Positive: Great location a 20 minute bus ride away from Manchester City centre. Everything was clean and comfortable and the hosts went the extra mile by kindly supplying provisions like milk, bread and eggs to save us getting breakfast !

The house was absolutely impeccable—spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and perfectly heated, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The owner, Kam, was always available whenever we needed anything and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The hospitality truly stood out, especially when the owners went out of their way to provide us with bread, butter, and other necessities upon arrival, which was a very thoughtful touch. Everything was well prepared and maintained to a very high standard. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We will surely visit again!

Positive: The good: - Good location - Modernised British home so the rooms were all looking good - Keyless access, you just input the code everytime you need to enter the house. Very smooth process for big groups - The host is nice, we had a variety of snacks and water provided for the first day. - Great value for money in my opinion

Negative: So, to be picky and transparent with your my fellow travellers, the only thing that I can say can be improved is the cleanliness. The rooms were clean but I think it could have been better.

Positive: Lovely spacious house to accommodate 8 of us for a group weekend. The beds are really comfortable, TV’s are huge, the shower is good, and there were lots of treats left for us e.g. biscuits / milk which was a lovely touch. Definitely looks better than the photos, would recommend to anyone!
