This unique place has a style all its own. A cozy adobe 1-bedroom apartment in the perfect location for relaxing in Old Mesilla within a few blocks of its historic plaza. Newly renovated historic adobe apartment that was built in 1800 has approximately 600 square feet of inside space and is guaranteed to be loved by all that see it.

The space
This cozy adobe 1 bedroom apartment is the perfect location for relaxing in Old Mesilla within a few blocks of its historic plaza. The area offers a variety of shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and a Friday & Sunday farmer’s market. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers and offers the comforts you need inside and out. The small quiet complex offers a picnic area with picnic table and charcoal grill as well as an onsite laundromat.
This newly renovated historic adobe apartment that was built in 1800 has approximately 600 square feet of inside space. Saltillo floors and adobe walls throughout. Talevera tile in bathroom with beautiful over-sized walk-in shower. The bedroom offers a comfortable space to retire to in the evenings with nice linens on a queen-sized bed. Living room offers comfortable seating which includes a plush love seat, chair and 2 bar stools. Relax in comfort with central cooling & heating. In the fully remodeled kitchen there are new appliances, plenty of dishes, and pans to cook up anything your heart desires.
This home offers secure WiFi. The living room has a mounted new flat screen smart TV. Using your login information, the smart TV’s can be used to stream television shows and movies from a variety of apps, like Netflix, Youtube, Amazon, and Hulu (among others).
Guest access
Guests will have easy access to the apartment via a coded lock. The code will be provided day of check-in. There is parking right in front of unit.
Other things to note
Wash and dryer not located in unit but laundromat is located in complex which takes quarters. High speed internet is provided but no cable.

Summary: I visit Mesilla often, and this is a place I’d definitely rent again. Great kitchen, shower, comfortable bed and the decor was New Mexico and reflected the culture and feel of the local area. I walked to everything near or in Mesilla-great location.

Summary: The villa was private, clean, beautifully decorated, and well supplied. We enjoyed the convenience of walking two blocks to Mesilla so we drove very little during our 12 day stay. Contact with the owner was simple, as was check in and check out.

Summary: There is plenty to do in this historic neighborhood. Lots of quality food in walking distance. Some good shopping too. Melissa was easy to communicate with, responded quickly. The property seems to be recently renovated. It's charming, with a modern, old-Spanish vibe. Just to be informed, the property has decorative adobe inside. It can shed, leaving a small line of dust against the wall. It didn't get in our clothes or anything, was just noticeable. You can decide if it's part of the charm.
