Positive: Nice view, decent facilities, good breakfast

Negative: It is a remote location, not very convenient to see Daejeon and surrounded by pretty cold businesses, probably my mistake to pick this location. I am also disappointed by the reception at Lotte in general, I stayed at several of them in Korea and I never feel a warm welcome, they seem very strict and not flexible at check in, I expect more especially because I am a member of Lotte rewards and I stayed at the Signiel Seoul, I feel treated as if I do not deserve a better service than a regular unknown customer….

Negative: I was disappointed with food in the buffet. especially American style breakfast. Pancake and waffle was so hard to eat. Can't cut with the knife.

Positive: Everything. Simplistic yet very modern. Surrounding was very peaceful. Check in and check out system is very easy and fast. Nearby there are expo park, expo bridge, nice restaurant and Daejeon's famous bakery Sung Shim Dang.

Positive: everything. location and hotel facility are great. But the most important is the staff. they are very nice and helpful. I’m Muslim and when i asking place for praying (because i coming early before check in time), they are willing to open the conference room for praying. it’s really touchy and showing how the staff is very reliable.
