Negative: The layout of the bathrooms takes a bit of getting used to. Taking a showes basically sets the whole floor under water.

Positive: How confortable and spacious the room was. The furnitures were modern and very clean, we wished we would have stayed there a little bit longer.

Negative: A kettle and more garbage plastic bags would have been appreciated (with an explanation of how the local sorting works).

Negative: Parking is not convenient and a desk staff was good and kind, but one guy for car parking was not kind and not friendly and angry and but another guy was good. Show booth is too small and narrow.

Positive: It was clean and in location close to area with shops, coffee shops, foot spa.

Negative: The information about door codes buried in a long email with other information - this should be up at the top and very obvious. There is NO onsite help, and no one came to help when we called for more bedding. Our reservation clearly indicated (and they confirmed) that we needed bedding for the sofa in the living room for a teenage guest - none was there, but they made us look in the stairwell, in a supply room, and then in another guest room to find the required bedding. This required us contacting a friend for language assistance and several texts and phone calls. One bathroom only had small handtowels (who knows where more towels were?), and no towel rack. There were no chairs in the whole place - bare minimum. Definitely a minimalist dorm feeling in furnishings and support. And you have to take out your own garbage and sort it downstairs.

Summary: Clean but minimal support, no people there (even when a problem) - more like a hostel than hotel
