Positive: Comfortable, clean, modern with great showers and lots of space. Close to supermarkets and a huge shopping centre. Easy to get to town as it's near a metro stop. Great value for money and ideal for a family or group.
Negative: Kitchen could have been better equipped and a dining table would make it more comfortable for eating in.

Negative: The layout of the bathrooms takes a bit of getting used to. Taking a showes basically sets the whole floor under water.

Positive: How confortable and spacious the room was. The furnitures were modern and very clean, we wished we would have stayed there a little bit longer.
Negative: A kettle and more garbage plastic bags would have been appreciated (with an explanation of how the local sorting works).
