Positive: Incredible location on beachfront. Tram is 10 mins away by walking Excellent staff with great attention to detail Private car park which made it very convenient Excellent view Amazing cleanliness Pictures attached are from our last day of the stay (so it is a little messy due to our clothes) but it was such a beautiful hotel. Elevator available.

Negative: Aircon was a little weak but still worked Morning breakfast was limited, noticed also that there was a jug of milk that was supposed to be cold but it was warm & did not taste right. (Would recommend refrigerating the milk appropriately and not just leaving it out for the entire morning as it can cause health issues.) There was a separate jug for warm milk besides the supposedly cold milk; so I was quite aware that the jug I took was supposed to be cold. It ended up giving me an upset tummy unfortunately.

Positive: Location of Los Geranios is excellent...right at beach. Staff all lovely and friendly and breakfasts great. Couldn't fault this hotel at all.

Negative: Nothing to not like. Our only comment would be mattresses were a little too hard for us..

Positive: Small hotel in great location for beach and other attractions at Port de Soller. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Negative: While there was nothing not to like about Los Geranios the Air Conditioning failed on arrival and took some days to be repaired. The management did everything possible to solve the problem and gave a generous discount off the bill as compensation no leaving.

Summary: A very relaxing and enjoyable holiday in a great resort despite the problems encountered with the hotel’s Air Conditioni
