Summary: Needed some time in a 90 degree swimming pool. It was perfect. Privacy and wonderful meals served at this private bed, breakfast, lunch and dinner resort. Jo was a great host. 5 stars.

Summary: We visited Longleaf Cottage to enjoy the pool and privacy. We were not disappointed. The meals prepared for us were scrumptious. Real southern hospitality at all levels of this respite. The house was just as described but better. There were so many lovely things about the trail that we walked everyday and then swam in the pool till early morning hours. We cannot say enough good things about this venue. Southern charm, food and indulgence.

Summary: We stayed at Long Leaf cottage in Sumrall, Ms for almost three weeks. We reserved our stay in order to be in Hattiesburg for the birth of our grandson. He arrived early and we were able to be there for his birth. The owner was so helpful in making sure we were able to move in to the cottage early. The cottage was so cute, it reminded me of my grandmother's house and the owner had decorated for Christmas so it really felt like our home away from home. The owner made sure everything was stocked for our stay to include a wonderful gift for our elderly dog that traveled with us. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of the main street, with small shops, post office, etc. and short driving distance to a local grocery store, restaurants. There is a great walking/biking trail just minutes away. It is convenient to Hattiesburg and all it's shopping and more places to eat. We loved our stay and we are thankful to the owner for having such a comfortable house for us to rent. I look forward to staying there again when we are in MS to visit our family.

Summary: Family brought us back to Mississippi for the holidays to celebrate and rest. The cottage was great and suited us all really well. The family brought our pet and she had a spectacular time. The owners even decorated the cottage for Christmas with a tree and stockings hung from the mantel in the master bedroom. Really super nice and thoughtful. Highly recommend staying here if visiting Mikssissippi.

Summary: This was my first time to visit Mississippi. I could not have had a better experience and it was due to your fantastic cottage. The house is spectacularly decorated with exquisite antiques. The bedrooms are outstanding with ample room for privacy and the 12 foot ceilings are fantastic. The kitchen was great. Since I am a cook, I found everything I needed to prepare scrumptious meals. The sun porch was great for relaxing and the adjacent deck was excellent for sunsets. This was a real find and the commute to Hattiesburg was a breeze. Thank you for providing such a fabulous cottage for vacations and business travelers to experience.

Summary: I can only say WOW. The cottage was exactly as described but even better in person. My friend was on business in your area and invited me to visit. The cottage is cozy but has plenty of room for guest and fun times. I loved the gas fireplace in the master bedroom. The king size bed in the master bedroom was huge and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is super great. Very nicely outfitted and your fine china was an excellent touch that you rarely see but in five star hotels. What a treat. Thank you for your attention to details.
