Summary: Friendly staff but food was terrible. We ate at the in-hotel restaurant and their hotel breakfast, neither were free, and both were very bad. The air conditioner in the room couldn’t keep up and the pool was very dirty, green and had chemicals floating on top of the water. Elevators were getting stuck with people trapped in. The beds were comfortable though.

Summary: Upon arrival .. check in was good , but key didn’t wk and after leaving and coming back microwave didn’t wk and they didn’t fix it !

Summary: Reception on arrival was great! Bartender Alex (aka "little Alex") did a great job creating a coconut martini per our request, she went above and beyond! Hotel location was perfect for our stay and was comfortable. Unfortunately, upon arrival our room didn't have a completely made bed, only one sheet and cover (typically there are two sheets with the cover between) We asked to have that fixed, but there was no housekeeping ever sent to the room. We stayed three nights and had no housekeeping at all ie no towels, bed changed or trash removed our entire stay (even with the tag removed from the door and the request made prior). The people were great, Sherri was helpful after we almost missed the morning breakfast. Gave us wonderful info and suggestions which we took gladly! Thank you Sherri. The staff were all kind and courteous, room was quiet.

Summary: Overall, my stay was fine. However, I noticed a few issues: the shower could have been cleaner, the remote control batteries needed replacing, and the ironing board wasn't functioning properly. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the environment was peaceful.

Summary: My best friend and I planned a girls trip and we stayed at Double Tree. We were pleased with room, its cleanliness and the staff was great. We will definitely be staying there again.
