Located 10 minutes from Laguna Beach, close to Aliso Viejo Town Center, 2 minutes from 73 Toll Road. Our cosy condo is in a quiet complex with 2 pools, a hot tub and fitness Center. We are 5 minutes from Laguna Canyon Wilderness park with miles of hiking and biking trails. There is garage parking for a small to mid-size car. Our spot has a clean modern feel and is decorated with art photography from the owner. There is a BBQ, a full kitchen complete with everything you need, and full laundry facilities. Our place is a quiet haven wonderful to start and end all your adventures from.

Summary: I had a wonderful 4-month stay at this Irvine apartment during my research visit to the University of California, Irvine. Summary: We had a great time at Amys appartment. She was always helpful and easy to reach if we had any questions. The community is really nice and close to shops, trails and beaches like Laguna beach. We loved the modern bathroom and the shower, small but perfect for wellness time. Take attention if you have a big car the garage really fits compact cars only. And keep in mind there were dogs in the appartment maybe before you in the case you are allergic to animal hairs.

Summary: Nice development excellent location for exploring Orange County. A tv with more apps would be nice or even YouTube tv or similar. House was as just as pictured except for a very nice updated bathroom.

Summary: This booking was for my 21 year old son who was in the area for an 11 week summer internship. This clearly made the owners nervous so we had a few hiccups at the beginning working out the booking details but in the end everything was great and we appreciated them giving him a chance. The condo was quiet, clean and comfortable, in a great location, and my son enjoyed using the pool and hot tub and laundry on the deck. It was also very nice to have the garage to park in. The complex was an interesting mix of generations, with a kind, helpful older couple next door and he met a few younger folks at the pool to hang out with. Two things to be aware of - the kitchen was a little light on equipment (No measuring cups/spoons, no crock pot) and there was no cable tv. Overall an excellent stay, thank you Amy!
