Summary: I didn't hear a sound from shared walls, except the maid vacuuming once above me. Would have liked to be able to screen cast from my phone to the tv, and they need to update the beds, at least in my room-otherwise I will be returning to this hotel on my next visit.

Summary: This little gem is a great alternative to the expensive questionable hotels in Laguna! Quiet, clean, comfortable, free bfast (omelettes on M-Th), happy hour apps, warm pool n large hot tub, cute hummingbirds at the fountain, quick elevators, ample free safe parking, near a French bakery that we enjoyed! Although not a large resort nor on the beach, it has a clean intimate old world vibe that I found unique. We will be back, thank you Ayres!
