Positive: Beautiful guest house with gorgeous period features! Very close to lovely beach. Room with sea view beautifully decorated, very comfy bed and great sleep. Super clean. Lovely hosts!!! Perfect night away. Breakfast was delicious and good choices!! We had decaf coffee too as option, bonus😊. Definitely recommend. Looking forward to next stay here 🤗

Positive: Wasn’t sure what to expect as never stayed in a B&B Leven before. We were surprised at what we got tbh The owners - sorry forgot your name - were really friendly and helpful and explained everything to us in arrival - when departing they even offered us a lift to the coffee shop which was lovely! Whenever they saw us they always asked if everything was ok We booked the small double as that was the only one available at the time and it didn’t have an en-suite but had its own bathroom about 2 steps from the room so it wasn’t too bad The room was very clean and bed comfy and it was cleaned the next morning again for us which was lovely. The room was very cosy especially as it was small - but big enough for 2 people - and was very warm The bathroom was a good size and there was plenty of hot water It was very good for the price. I think we paid £158 for 2 nights. Would definitely stay there again as it was also less than 10 minute walk to town centre, bus station and about a 12 min walk to train station

Negative: If breakfast was available that would have been nice but it wasn’t an issue
