Positive: The cottage was lovely and clean and modern with a very cosy feel. Our daughter used the sofa bed in the living room area and also had a comfortable night. The bathroom and shower facilities were also excellent.

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: Very nice and comfortable. Exceptionally clean and tidy. We very much enjoyed it.

Positive: Well positioned as 7 miles from Elie , St. Andrews and Cupar, so easy for shopping or going to a beach . Bright and airy ,modern and well fitted out accommodation , a place to sit outside if needed, off the road parking. A really good shower and cosy . Perfect friendly host . Lovely open outlook onto farmers fields. Really good angle wall mounted bed lights and comfortable bed with a view out of French windows with a Juliet balcony ! Black out blinds upstairs.

Negative: No complaints.

Positive: Helen and Jim are such friendly , welcoming hosts. They have such a beautiful, comfortable , stylish , spotlessly clean wee cottage here at The Smithy. It is by far the nicest place we have stayed in while touring round scotland . It is so peaceful . 😊
