The decor is light and made by best Italian brands.
All the three rooms have a balcony overlooking the square and the surrounding hills.
It consists of a living room with full equipped kitchen wall , fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine,whashing machine, flat screen TV, air conditioning, electric windows. comfortable double sofa bed.
A sleeping area with two bedrooms:

Summary: This apartment is in a fantastic location because it’s a short walk to both the city centre and the train station. We used the station frequently for day trips to Pesciara del Garda, Sirmione and Venice. The apartment was well equipped, very smart and each room is air conditioned, which was a welcome relief from the summer heat! Rosella was a great host and responded very promptly to any queries. We would happily stay here again and thoroughly recommend it!

Summary: I've already reviewed this amazing apartment but then noticed some reviews suggesting some negatives and wished to give balance, just note it was only me staying so I only used the main bedroom and en suite -the main bed is HUGE. I have a UK super king (largest) and it was about the same size -the main bed was very very comfortable -there are 3 USB points on the bedside table-very handy and thoughtful! - lots of electric points everywhere -the rainfall shower was gorgeous -towels provided -every utensil was provided in the kitchen with lots of plates, cups, glasses, everything! -free biscuits and cold water in the fridge were provided, nice touch -it is literally next door to a cafe with our door seating that was always available - it is 3 mins walk to the most popular gelateria in verona - 1 minute to small supermarket for milk and bread, 5 mins from big super market - 5 mins from bus station (bus to airport) - 10 mins from centre of town/arena - 2 mins from a great pizza and Indian restaurant also - she met me at apartment when I arrived and stayed till midnight to explain me everything! You will simply not find anywhere better at this price anywhere in verona

Summary: Cannot fault the hosts or apartment except would recommend a child under 12 for the small bed in the second bedroom as it is very small and not very comfortable. Everything else was great.

Summary: Rosella met us as we were walking up from the train station and took us up to the aparment. It is a well stocked, clean and comfortable place to stay that is in a central location. We are 2 brothers with wives, in our 60's and had a wonderful time. Thank you Rosella.

Summary: Two couples stayed for 3 nights at Rosella’s beautiful apartment in Verona. Rosella was an excellent host providing a seamless registration & confirmation process , she was very prompt in answering any questions prior to arrival and met us upon arrival to get us situated in the parking garage and in the apartment. She provided great information on things to do, where to visit, how to get around Verona and favorite restaurants. The apartment is very modern, clean, comfortable and appointed with everything you need to enjoy a multi-day visit. We loved the space, the city and offer our sincere thanks to Rosella for making this a great visit.

Summary: The apartment is on the edge of town, quite close to the station and so out of the main tourist area: we liked that and enjoyed exploring the local area. Rosella was a very welcoming host.

Summary: Location is great only 15 minutes walk from city center. There are small markets to buy necessary stuff if needed. It is located on the 6th floor and has a view of the square. When you enter the building you need to clime about 6 stairs then reach the elevator. The owner/manager was a very friendly and professional person. She replied to my messages in very short matter of time. This has been one of the most spacious and well furnished apartments I have ever stayed.
