Positive: Staff friendly. Rooms clean and spacious. Right on the river. Meals and drinks good and price reasonable. Resort does small afternoon walk to feed monkeys, ducks and meet resident buffalo. Pool beautiful and well maintained. Peaceful atmosphere. Tropical gardens.

Negative: Some of infrastructure could be upgraded. Mosquitoes.

Positive: Everything was amazing. The staff took care of us so well. We had to get up early for our port call and we were going to miss the free breakfast but the front desk staff made us a special takeout packed lunch special for us.

Positive: Lots of activities, the location, breakfast was really good with a big range, and staff super helpful & friendly. Cocktails & meals served to the pool, beautiful place to kayak and relaxing firefly tour at night!

Negative: No shaded areas over the pool during middle of the day. Limited areas bikes could’ve been ridden

Negative: No internet service for T.V.,if we could have had better use of T.V. (Netflix, Movie channels, etc.) During resting in room, would have been super.

Positive: I would 100% come here again and recommend it to my friends and family. It's in the most beautiful part of the river. The hospitality staff team is run like a high-end hotel. The rooms are huge and the grounds are nice to walk around, whether it's to the pool or through the garden area. The tours the hotel offers are really nice and the tour guides deserve to get paid more because they're great! Overall, a relaxing place and although expensive, certainly worth the money if you want a little taste of relaxation and paradise.

Positive: Excellent cottage located on the river. The dining area is also located right on the river. They served delicious food. The staff was very welcoming, friendly informative, and kind. They have a great swimming pool and offer many activities on site. Enjoyed the river cruise.
