Positive: The property is lovely and has everything you need , great location , very clean, got own parking to the rear , decor is amazing, very comfortable relaxing areas and beds, just 1 thing to be aware of entering the property from the back there is a flight of concrete steps , if you have a disability , but better access from front of house only a few steps . 10 out of 10 .

Positive: A fabulous house in a fabulous position in the centre of llandudno. The house has 2 sitting rooms which is great and both are very spacious. The house has everything you might need. The owners are easily contactable which is nice.

Positive: Our extended family of 7 is united about this gem. Everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements. The two sitting areas on the main floor allowed us to create two environments; one was the quiet, relaxing zone and the other was the chatty, upbeat area. With 4 toilets there was never a lack of access. The large kitchen and eating area was perfect for breakfasts and any other meals we had in the home. The great location was a big hit as we could walk back and forth to various activities and other locations. We had excellent response to any inquiries that we forwarded to the owners.

Summary: This home is the perfect place to return to after experiencing all the history, beauty and adventure of North Wales.

Negative: It was perfect! The only thing lacking was egg cups because my brother in law wanted a boiled egg for breakfast but this is very minor!
