Positive: This property was amazing! All the appliances you could need and more. The hosts truly thought of everything and were always ready to help wherever possible. I would highly recommend. Lovely touch to be welcomed with cheese, bread, jam, honey, and lemonade. This little apartment really did become home during our stay. Great location right next to the port, near shops, restaurants, and all the tourist offices.

Negative: No improvements that I can think of! Just a big thank you!

Positive: PDL2 is an outstanding accommodation. It is spacious and well appointed. Our host Vasco, was always available to answer questions. The extra amenities were above and beyond expectations. We would highly recommend making this your home base for visiting Sao Miguel Island.

Positive: Our stay at Living PDL 2 was wonderful! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. What impressed us the most was the warm hospitality – we received the nicest welcome we’ve ever had, with many thoughtful surprises from the hosts that made us feel truly special. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Positive: We absolutely loved our stay at Living PDL 2. The apartment is spacious, beautiful, and fully renovated. The location is very close to the amenities. Very pleasant extras were his and her bath robes and slippers. Vasco and Luz were incredible hosts who went far beyond and above to make sure our stay was very comfortable. For our arrival they prepared a plate of local cheeses with jams, local teas, coffee. They checked on us every day to make sure we did not need anything extra,k provided additional information in regard to the restaurants, local weather, places to go. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Negative: the street can be a bit noisy at night.

Positive: Luz and Vasco are amazing hosts.They greeted my wife and me with some local cheeses,bolos lavados and homemade marmalade and it was really kind of them.The apartment is really great.Specious,well decorated and spotlessly clean.Kitchen is well equipped,with microwave,oven and dishwasher.There are plenty of cups,plates and glasses so there is no need to wash them everyday.Bathroom is nice and clean with a great shower cabin.Apartment is situated close to the city centre with lots of shops and restaurants and this is really convenient.There are two car parks near the apartment which are free of charge but they are very busy and it's hard to find a space there that is why we were parking our car on Rua Doutor Hugo Moreira.It is a wide street a few hundred meters from the apartment with plenty of car park spaces so there is an alternative for everyone who doesn't mind walking a few minutes.It's worth to mention that Luz baked a fig cake for us during our stay which was very sweet of her.Cake was delicious by the way. Vasco was always in contact with us in case we needed something extra.This apartment has everything you need and Luz and Vasco go above and beyond to meet your expectations.We would definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking for a nice,comfortable accommodation in Ponta Delgada.

Negative: It can be noisy sometimes due to the road next to the apartment if the windows are open.

Positive: Great location - walking distance to center and beach. Beautiful 1br apartment with all new modern appliances. Greeted with a spread of local cheeses and baked goods and jam. It couldn’t have been more hospitable - really an exceptionally welcoming experience.

Negative: Can be noisy on weekend nights due to bars and restaurants in the area- not too bad but noticeable.

Positive: The hosts are amazing. They checked on us everyday, offered change of towels and even sent us weather warnings! They also gave us lots of complementary perks such as a cheese board and a homemade fig cake! The place is very clean and the location is great. Thank you so much Vasco for a wonderful stay.

Positive: Vasco & Luze were very gracious hosts. We were greeted to our flat with a lovely welcome platter of local cheeses, bread, homemade jam, water & tea. The flat is impeccably clean and bright. Excellent location. Vasco checked in daily to see if there was anything we needed and/or that all was ok. One night we arrived home to a homemade fig cake hanging off our door that Luze had made for us. Lovely little touches that made you feel at home and very welcome.

Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.
