Positive: Location was excellent in historic centre. Easy walk from train station. Good base for exploring Rhein valley. Very close to Christmas markets.

Negative: Be mindful to pack light there are many stairs in a spiral stair case.

Positive: Excellent location overlooking the courtyard. Located in the Old Town. Hosts were excellent and very helpful.

Negative: Spiral staircase.

Summary: A great place to stay for a two day stopover in a truely beautiful city.

Positive: Compact well equipped self catering accommodation on the second floor of a heritage building in the Altstadt Mainz. Great location, sufficient sound-proofing from the windows so sleep not a problem.

Negative: It was exactly as expected. Th only thought I had was that a microwave oven would be handy if it could be squeezed in.

Summary: I had a great stay in the property which is perfectly located for the Altstadt and central Mainz. No complaints.

Positive: Location of the property and ease of communication and access was excellent. The little outdoor area was very good as it extended our sitting space. A lovely accommodation for the space. We’d definitely recommend the property.
