Positive: Stunning and quaint. Large bay window overlooks a courtyard with lots of chirping birds- very serene. Lovely quite location close to train station. We had a long day of travel, and the host kindly upgraded our room.

Negative: Nothing bad to say! This was our favourite place to stay on our trip through Germany.

Positive: Marco was a fabulous host and available whenever we needed anything. He was also super helpful when my parents did not receive their luggage.

Negative: The only frustration we had was getting locked in the lobby between the entrance door and the door to the courtyard. It was a safety concern and could not exit the property nor go back to the room without keys. I forgot to ask for a second set of keys and my parents didn't take the keys, so they were locked between the two doors.

Summary: Absolutely beautiful apartment and amenities! Lovely view and easily accessible to town.

Positive: The room was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was very convenient to walking to the train station, the Rhine, downtown and anywhere you wanted to go. The host was very helpful, kind and professional. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Osteiner Hof is beautiful hotel in prime location in Mainz. We had a very nice room with kitchen overlooking the parkway/plaza with fountain. Parking was secure and easy, behind a gate at the hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.
