Positive: The apartment was spectacular! All of the amenities were high end and the customer service was exceptional. We had such a relaxing stay and were equipped with all the necessary appliances to make our vacation feel like home. For reference, we traveled with 3 adults and 4 children and were all very comfortable in the apartment. We were walking distance from grocery stores, cafes, and central parts of town. Would definitely recommend this stay!

Negative: I would only recommend that there be clear instructions to work the appliances. We are young enough to feel quite comfortable with technology and found ourselves struggling. The kitchen appliances are not as intuitive as they are made out to be. Definitely not a big deal since we figured it out in the end, but I think it would alleviate a slight hassle.

Positive: The hosts were fantastic. They greeted us right on the street to make sure we didnt get lost. The property itself was flawless. Its brand new, everything was spotless and clean. We love the layout and the design, very well furnished. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to make your own meal.The location was perfect, walking distance to anything. The view was absolutely fantastic, We brought our friends to show them Garmisch for the first time. The Livalpin definitely gave a wonderful first impression to them and We couldnt be happier! We already plan for another visit in the future. Thank you Caesar and team for your great hospitality!

Positive: Spacious unit. Could sleep two families with children, 9 people total. 2 x full bathrooms were a definite great feature. Full living and dining room areas nicely appointed.

Negative: Need instruction signs in kitchen for use of multi-function oven. This appliance could function as both a conventional and microwave oven. The same applies to the washing machine and dryer.

Summary: Superior accommodation, comfortable to the maximum. Proximal to downtown shopping and the mountains for skiing.
