Positive: The little house was very comfortable and clean. Very cute inside. We loved that it was close to everything we came to see here. Close to the store, park for kids, and a great yard.

Negative: Not much to dislike about the home.

Positive: The location near the Omaha beach is awesome. The house itself was very cosy and neat with all you need appliances. All the museums and memorials are within walking distance. Also there was a good food market nearby.

Negative: The heating was a bit tricky but I should have tried it out more myself to get it right.

Positive: Amazing location in a small village across from 13th century church - walk to market and family friendly section of beach with cafe. Short drive to many sites. Beautiful garden/lawn with grass, picnic tables, lounge chairs, and toddler play structure. Parking right in driveway. Stylish decor and details. We couldn’t love it more.

Negative: No one uses screens in France so flies and such in the home are a thing. In the summer, you will have to keep windows open since there is no A/C. The weather in August was absolutely perfect, down to 50s F at night. There are no beach towels or beach supplies. Many supplies can be purchased at the market. We couldn’t get coffee maker to make anything but watery coffee and we also couldn’t get the gas stove to light but there is an electric burner that worked fine.

Summary: One of our favorite rental experiences, the best location.

Positive: Great quiet location close to the beach. The property was very clean and well appointed (great wifi in particular!) with very helpful hosts.

Negative: The lounge window would benefit from a blind as it gets very hot when the sun shines in! However lovely large window opens to get air in and cools quickly.

Positive: This place was just perfect. Close to the beach and the main places to see in the area. Near an old church. You really feel the vibe of what the place was during the invasion. A cosy quiet town in Normandy.
