Summary: The location of Hotel Du Casino, above Omaha Beach, was amazing and the view of the beach and the English Channel was incredible. The room was small and a bit dated. The breakfasts were quite good as well. The staff was friendly and helpful but you should know French if you stay there. Also, having a car is a must as most services are about 15 miles away.

Summary: This place was everything and more. Peaceful, quiet and beautiful. The view of the beach was breathtaking, the service was great and the parking was free. I would recommend updating the rooms a little. As an experienced traveler I would recommend changing the carpet and making the rooms a little lighter inside. I like the old world ambiance but the stained carpet and dark walls was very outdated Being able to open the windows and hear the waves was peaceful. The breakfast was very good too. Special thanks to the front desk woman who let us eat early. This hotel was amazing and priced very reasonable. The area is beautiful and the stay was something I will always remember.

Summary: Perfect place for reflection. Right at Dog landing spot and memorials on Omaha Beach. Good restaurant and bar with great views. We rode the train from Paris and rented a car. We stayed two nights and needed one more.!
