Positive: Nicely laid out apartment with comfortable bedrooms and living area. Well equipped kitchen. Very attractive property with lovely pictures everywhere. It was also really quiet inside- very peaceful and relaxing. Outdoor space was lovely and although the pool is quite small it was lovely for a dip to cool off. Location was good with good amenities nearby and especially for access to LX Factory, which we really liked. Helpful hosts with good communication and easy check in and out.

Negative: Overall it was great. The outside space wasn’t quite as well maintained and comfortable as the inside space, but still lovely.

Summary: A great apartment that had everything we needed for a lovely stay.

Positive: Afonso's place in Lisbon is absolutely beautiful! The spacious apartment had the added bonus of a sizeable outdoor area with a small pool - we'd be thrilled to return during warm-weather months. It's a quick walk to the LX Factory, restaurants, and several grocery stores. We had more than enough room for our group of four and could have easily added a third couple.

Negative: The beds were a bit hard for our liking. Otherwise, delightful!

Positive: I was desperate for a room after my BA flight was cancelled. This was the only thing available close to T5 at a price that wasn't extortionate. I had to leave the apartment at 04:45 to get my new flight so location was everything. The host was responsive and helpful and it wasn't difficult to get the keys.

Negative: The apartment was spacious and well equipped but full of someone else's things - food in the fridge and in the cupboards, boxes in the lounge and even washing in the washing machine. The apartment faces the sun with large glass windows and was extremely hot when I arrived. Even though the host kindly provided a second fan, it took hours for the room to cool down, making sleeping difficult. The main entrance area to the building was dirty with lots of papers on the floor around the post boxes. So, I was glad to have a room but it could have been better prepared. I had the feeling that the owner/occupant had moved out 5 minutes before I arrived and for £225 for just a few hours stay, it was disappointing.

Summary: Great location and thankful to have a room for the night but disappointing conditions in the flat.
