Positive: Communication was very easy and check-in was smooth. Location is great and there is plenty of parking close by (at least this time of the year). Apartment was simple, but good enough for a short stay and fulfilled all our needs and expectations.

Negative: Fairly basic place but this is very clear from the pictures, so don't expect any extra amenities, such as toiletries and so on (towels and toilet paper were provided). Fairly pricey for what you get, but I guess this in line what current pricing in Lisbon these days (to be honest this was the cheapest we could find).

Summary: Fantastic location and great host!

Positive: The apartment is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. You will have a beautiful view from the balcony on 25th April bridge as shown in the photo. It’s conveniently located just a 6-minute walk from the Lisbon Congress Center. If you are in Lisbon to attend a conference there, the apartment will be the best choice for stay. There are many supermarkets nearby. It is a walking distance from LX factory where you can find many restaurants and the famous bookstore. The host is lovely, very cooperative, and always ready to assist with quick responses. However, there is no elevator, so you will need to carry luggage up the stairs, which may not be suitable for those with disabilities. Additionally, the mattress in the main room could use replacing for better comfort.

Negative: Wifi is not so good but this is the same all over Lisbon.

Summary: Exceptional trip!

Positive: Perfect location for Lisbon Congress Center (5min walk), really nice and cosy apartment and Patricia is a very nice host, always keen that you are equipped with all advice you could need. I had an amazing stay there and will surely come back if CIRSE is again in Lisbon!

Negative: For the city center, you need to go by bus or taxi, but the lisbon bus system works fine.

Positive: The owner/host Patricia was a great communicator and kindly let us check in a bit earlier. She met us with the keys and gave us a tour of the property. Her English is impeccible and she had great suggestions for local grocery shopping and restaurants. The views from the dining room and living room of the bridge and river are excellent. Very quiet location but easy access to everthing. The furniture was comfortable, especially the couch which is not always the case at rentals. We have stayed in different neighborhoods and rentals in Lisbon over the years but this one was by far our favorite.

Negative: The kitchen could have used some more cooking implements (strainer, more pots) but with all of the good food around I can't really complain!

Summary: Fantastic rental in a great location!

Positive: There was a cafe just 1 min walk from the house, which was very good, cheap, and friendly. Patricia was a great host, she provided everything we needed even before askin for them.

Negative: There is no problem which I can highlight. If you bring a car, parking could be a problem, since there are many on the street.
