Summary: Our family of 5 enjoyed 4 pleasant nights in this condo! My son and I were backpacking in Franconia Notch and so only spent 2 nights actually in the condo, but my wife and two younger children stayed all 4 nights to explored the more touristy attractions in the area. We all found the condo comfortable. There is an AC in the main living area, but we never had to run it. It does get warm, but there was enough breeze that opening the windows cooled the place off very quickly. Especially at night. The appliances in the kitchen are a little dated but worked perfectly. We brought a selection of board games, but there were plenty of options in the unit already and the kids ended up.playing with those instead of what we brought. The pool was fantastic, and the entire property is well maintained and quiet! I'm not sure how many of the units were occupied during our stay, but there were plenty of cars coming and going and we rarely saw anybody. We would absolutely consider staying here again the next time we come up for an adventure in the area!

Summary: This Condo was very nice. Loved the décor. It was very nice and quiet. It was a very hot week, but the night mountain air cooled off the condo. We had so much fun sightseeing, going to Santa’s Village and going in the pool with our family! The grandkids loved everything!!! Thank you! Doreen

Summary: Close enough to amenities in the area you might need, but far enough away that you don't deal with traffic and cars much. Great condo complex with wonderful pool. Plenty of room for larger trucks in lot.
