Positive: Leyland facilities were functional, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Lynn and Phil were accommodating, friendly, and good hosts. They attend to our request and need and really thank them for flexibility with our check-in & and check out timings The area loation is quiet and good for winding down/ & relaxation after city bustlings.

Negative: Due to the remote location and as I wasn't travelling with a car, it was a bit difficult to access local shops for bits and pieces. The village shop has a limited variety of items on shelves.

Positive: The Annexe was lovely, clean and comfortable. The hosts were welcoming. The garden and view are amazing. Perfect base for local attractions.

Negative: Despite it being a village location, there is a lot of vehicle noise, which continues overnight and we found it could be difficult to tune out.

Positive: The property is ideally situated for trips to Wells, Wookie Hole, etc. The setting is within some gorgeous countryside with amazing views and the hosts are very friendly. The property itself is modern and comfortable.

Negative: The road where the property is located is a bit of a 'rat run' so is a little noisy at times, but this did not spoil our enjoyment in any way.
