Positive: Simply amazing. James was the perfect host for the perfect place. We enjoyed spending this, unfortunately just one, night in this amazing english villa. Every detail in the house was so curated, we loved play with one of the boardgames available before going to bed. Special note for the "honesty bar" even if we didn't have the occasion to use it I think the idea is just brilliant.
