Summary: I liked the animal themed hotel and being able to see animals outside the window first thing in the morning. The resort could provide more transport options as the location is quite inaccessible.

Summary: The rooms were amazing and the kids were extremely happy to see the animals within the comfort of the rooms. The respective themes of the rooms adds to the joy of the kids. A positive experience thru the enjoyment of the theme park located just next to the resort.

Summary: Overall good. They offer the shuttle bus to the park. It is very convenience. It also provide many program to kids or adult to learn particular animal in more details. It is so funny. We have joined 3 programs and enjoy it very much. They also help to arrange car to the city. It’s nice.

Summary: Great stay but come with a high price. The connection from main receptionist area to rooms do not have shelter, so if it is raining, you will have to bash thru the rain if you are not able to find an umbrella.
