Positive: Staff friendly, everyone chipping in like a family affair. Each amusement like attraction is manned, that creates a fun atmosphere. Kids practically knows them by the end of our stay!

Negative: Its an old hotel, three star at best. I think if they renovated it could be a great stay. Perhaps its restricted by its location or habitat.

Positive: Fun family activities though it was all worn down and in desperate need of revamping. Pool was the best and fun slide which we all enjoyed.

Negative: Bed was mega hard. Climbing wall only open to groups of 20 or more which was disappointing. Food at dinner was awful. The play room could have more fun things and smelt pretty bad. Whole resort is over priced.
